Coupon Generator
If you want to boost a big event, make it bigger - or pull-in sales during your off-season, send coupons. With the Coupon Generator you can make as many as you want inside parameters you choose (i.e., 4 PM to 7 PM only, buy-one-get-one, combo-meal specials, Memorial Day Only, you get the point) and send them at Zero Cost.
+ How to use
New coupons can easily be created from the back office. Our generator can create just about any type of coupon that you want. The interface allows you to create a condition, and designate what will be received upon the completion of that condition. For in store orders adding a coupon is as easy as pushing a button, manager approval may be required. Online, customers must use a Coupon Code which is created when you make the coupon. As with our entire system, you do not have to log into two separate locations to make changes to you internet ordering. Changes that you make to your POS can be updated to the internet immediately after the change is made.

Employee Management

A report can be generated for hourly pay per employee or information can be exported to QuickBooks for payroll purposes. Inventory Management
+ Receipts
Input a detailed description of each item on the menu for example: 1oz carrot, 4oz butter, 1kg parsley, 16oz steak, 1 cup. Each time one of these is sold it will have the items listed deducted from inventory. When options are added such as “extra gravy” it can be set to deduct the appropriate amount of gravy from inventory.
+ Reporting Estimated Inventory
The estimated inventory report can be printed whenever physical inventory is scheduled, this report can also be divided into different sections of the restaurant such as canned goods, cooler, or freezer. The report displays the actual inventory last time the inventory was physically checked, any additions/subtractions, the sales reduction, and the new estimated inventory. When the sheet is printed there is a blank for the new inventory to be written. After the sheets are filled out they can be entered into the computer system and it will show the amount over/under your restaurant was and it will also show a profit/loss based on current market value of the inventory.

Inventory Value (based on current market value) - Inventory Sales Report (this report can show the total inventory purchased within a given date range/ report will show quantity purchased and total amount paid for inventory.
+ Waste Report
This report is one that helps restaurants determine which menu items are most and lease profitable based on the supplies used and the value vs. % of the inventory used
